Carol Herndon

Senior Paralegal

Carol is the firm’s senior paralegal and is responsible for handling the development of files from initial filing through final decision. She has been a paralegal working with South Carolina disability attorney Robertson Wendt for over 31 years.

She holds two associate’s degrees from Trident Technical College in Charleston. After graduation in 1973 with a focus on data processing, she went on to hold secretarial and data management positions before leaving work for a period to focus on raising her two daughters – both of whom are now medical professionals.

She returned to Trident Technical College in 1995 and graduated magna cum laude with an associate’s degree in public service (legal assistant).
