Associate Attorney

Elizabeth von Keller is a South Carolina native, born and raised in Blythewood, who helps South Carolinians get the Social Security Disability benefits they need when they can’t work because of serious health problems.

She’s an associate attorney in our Columbia office. She started at the Finkel Law Firm in 2016 as a clerk while in law school.

Elizabeth then served as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Grace G. Knie in Spartanburg. She rejoined the The Robertson Wendt Disability—Finkel Law Firm, LLC, in 2019 in the firm’s Social Security Disability Department, helping claimants across the state.

During her time at the University of South Carolina School of Law, she was inducted into the Order of Wig and Robe and served as senior article editor of the South Carolina Law Review. She sat on the executive board of Phi Delta Phi, where she served on the planning committee for the 2018 Faculty Auction, the law school’s annual event raising money for the James L. Petigru Public Interest Law Society Summer Fellowship Program.

She graduated cum laude from the law school in 2018, with a concentration in children’s law.

Elizabeth graduated from Wofford College in Spartanburg in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Spanish.

When she’s not practicing disability law, Elizabeth enjoys traveling, baking, cheering on the Wofford Terrier’s basketball team and attending kickboxing classes.
